1. Returns & Refunds Policy

Fair go. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1.1 If we got it wrong
If your order arrives with a faulty print, the wrong size, the wrong product, damage in transit, or another issue caused by us or our fulfilment process, please email us at:

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos showing the problem
Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll take reasonable steps to sort it out. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, reprint, refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution.
We’ll let you know what, if anything, needs to be returned to us or our fulfilment partner.
1.2 Doesn’t fit or change of mind
Most of our products are made to order. That means there’s no warehouse full of stock sitting around waiting to be restocked.
Because of this, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including where:

You ordered the wrong size

You changed your mind
-
You no longer want the item
-
You prefer a different colour, style, or design
Please check the Size Guide before ordering. If you’re unsure, take a minute before you send it. Future you will appreciate it.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
1.3 Lost or delayed in transit
Tracking details will usually be sent by email once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or your order appears to be significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at:

We’ll take reasonable steps to investigate with the relevant fulfilment partner or carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.
1.4 Returned to sender
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incomplete, incorrect, unavailable, or delivery attempts are unsuccessful, it may be returned to our fulfilment partner or another relevant service provider.
If this happens, we’ll contact you about the available options. These may include:

Reshipping the order to a corrected address, with you covering the additional shipping cost

Refunding the product cost, excluding any non-refundable shipping or fulfilment costs

Another suitable resolution depending on the circumstances
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
1.5 Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
