Standard shipping within Australia is included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Available shipping options, including standard, express or product-specific shipping where available, may vary depending on the product, delivery address, carrier availability and fulfilment provider.
Any additional shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment.
4.3 Delivery estimates
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the product ordered, production requirements, shipping method selected, delivery address, carrier availability, fulfilment partner capacity, public holidays, peak periods and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any delivery timeframe shown on our website, at checkout, in order communications or by a carrier is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Where practical, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
4.4 Fulfilment and dispatch
After you place an order, we’ll arrange for the order to be processed, produced, packed and shipped through our fulfilment partners or other service providers.
Fulfilment and dispatch times may vary depending on the product, supplier capacity, order volume, stock availability, production requirements and delivery method.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details where tracking is available.
4.5 Tracking
Tracking details will usually be sent by email once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
If you can’t find your tracking email, check your spam or junk folder first.

4.6 Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We use the delivery details you provide at checkout.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incomplete, incorrect or unavailable, it may be returned to sender.
Where this occurs, we’ll contact you about the available options, which may include:

4.8 Delays, missing parcels and carrier issues

We’ll take reasonable steps to investigate with the relevant fulfilment partner or carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, fulfilment disruptions, supplier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
